We have a zero tolerance to unacceptable behaviour, we work extremely hard and investment a lot of money to put on these parties to give everyone somewhere safe and secure to party! We make NO APOLOGIES OR EXCEPTIONS for the below rules and policies, they are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. We are not a day care centre, if you don’t follow the rules and behaviour appropriately, you will not be permitted into the event or you will be asked to leave. We attempt to contact all parents to collect their children when people have been asked to leave or refused entry. It’s really simple, we’re all teenagers we should know how to conduct ourselves in group and public places, if you can’t follow the below rules….DON’T BUY A TICKET! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!
* ID must be shown upon request at entry of event. AGE 14-17 ONLY. **NEW** ALL 14-15 YRS MUST LEAVE EVENT AT 10.30PM.
* Audio Mayhem is a drug, alcohol and smoke free event, anyone suspected of being under the influence will not be permitted or asked to leave.
* All management rights are reserved. Anyone not obeying event policies and rules will be removed or denied access! Parents will be contacted to collect their children. Refer to IMPORTANT: EVENT POLICIES for further information.
* Management reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists.
* Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds.
* All bags are subject to a full search. All care is taken, however we do not accept responsibility for Lost or damaged items.
* All ticket holders must place their bags and belongings in the cloakroom, all care is taken however the promoter/venue are not held liable for lost or damaged items.
* Small still cameras are permitted but audio or video recording devices and professional still cameras are not.
* The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or exiting the venue.
* The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained in or about the property and/or the venue.
* All attendees consent to official photography, filming and sound recording and give permission to said photography or filming to be used for Audio Mayhem/Dan’s Apartment promotional purposes.
* Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous to yourself and others. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Patrons engaging in these or other dangerous activities will be removed from the venue.
