We have a zero tolerance to unacceptable behaviour, we work extremely hard and investment a lot of money to put on these parties to give everyone somewhere safe and secure to party! We make NO APOLOGIES OR EXCEPTIONS for our event rules and policies, they are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. We are not a day care centre, if you don’t follow the rules and behaviour appropriately, you will not be permitted into the event or you will be asked to leave. We attempt to contact all parents to collect their children when people have been asked to leave or refused entry. 5.On making the payment, PLEASE make sure you email us again confirming that you have make the payment and remember to provide your name and full postal address so that we can send your tickets to your address by post. We will email you again on receipt of your bank transfer to inform that we have received your money transfer and to inform you that your tickets are in the post to you.
6.If you are booking 5 or more tickets and do not have internet access banking we can make arrangements to with you in person. Limited number of cash sale tickets will be available. Tickets will be sold on the evening, however we strongly suggest you purchase your ticket prior to the event to avoid disappointment.
